Shopper Service

The shopper service for RBKC residents is delivered in a fully accessible minibus. There is a volunteer passenger assistant on hand to help passengers on and off the bus, to stow and carry their bags and if necessary go around the store with them.

The Shopper Service is available to people who live in RBKC who find it difficult to use public transport to do their weekly shop.

Charges

The Shopper Service costs £1.50 each way 

 

Membership 

In order for you to use the Shopper Service you will need to become a member of our Door to Door services and pay an annual membership fee of £12. You can download a membership form which you will need to fill in and send to us with your your annual membership fee. If you are unable to download a form please give us a call on 020 8960 9020 between 1-4pm weekdays and we can send one out to you. 

Once we have confirmed your membership, all you need to do is call us on 020 8960 9020 between 1pm - 4pm weekdays to book your place on the bus. 

It's as easy as that!
