What and who is the Flexibus Service for?
Flexibus is a bus service that takes people to a range of shops either on a fixed route or on request locations.
The Flexibus service is for anyone who can’t use public or private transport. This may be because of age and/or disability.
Why do we run the Flexibus Service?
We believe in protecting people’s independence and providing them with a choice. By running this service, we enable many people to access shops and services they wouldn’t be able to alone. Our service allows a range of fresh food and veg, allowing them to choose how and what they eat.
How much does Flexibus service cost?
From the 3rd of August, all Flexibus Journeys are free until further notice.
To use the service, you will need to join Westway CT. The cost of an individual membership is just £12 a year.
To join you can download a form and post it to us. Alternatively, if you do not have a printer, you can contact us on 020 8964 1114 and we can arrange one to be sent to you
You can post the form back to Westway CT, 240 Acklam Road, W10 5YG or email it to us.
You can either pay by card on our website or via cheque when returning your membership form to us.
Booking a trip
You can now only book 1 week ahead and you cannot book over one journey at a time on these buses.
From the 3rd of August and until further notice, the booking line will be open: 10:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:00. The number to call for all bookings is 020 8964 1114.
If the line is busy and you can’t immediately get through, then please leave a message. As soon as our staff are free, they will contact you to complete the booking.
Routes and Destinations:
The Flexibus service runs two weekly routes. One route is for fixed destinations. The other is for on-demand destinations that you can arrange when calling to book.

Hygiene and Safety
- For your safety, there will be a maximum number of people allowed to travel together at anyone time. This is to respect social distancing, and it is non-negotiable. Please be flexible if the slot you are requesting is not available.
We have put in a range of cleaning measures to comply with government guidelines. We use hospital-grade disinfectant and clean vehicles after each trip.
