A lift to the shops.
A friendly driver.
Time to shop and visit at your own pace.
Our Shopper Bus service and volunteer cars provide door-to-door support for residents who may struggle with public transport, helping people stay independent and connected to everyday life.
Last year we delivered thousands of passenger journeys, supporting individuals and local groups across the borough of Kensington & Chelsea to reach essential services, shops and community spaces. Across the UK, community transport enables around 23 million journeys each year, quietly helping people access healthcare, food and social connections that many of us take for granted.
For many passengers, the impact goes beyond the practical. One regular passenger told us:
“The journey itself is just as important as the shopping.”
When people can get out and about, they stay active, maintain routines, and remain part of their community. That connection supports wellbeing, reduces isolation, and helps people continue living independently for longer.
If we can support you or someone you know please get in touch to find out more about our services – from just £12 a year, independence is something we can all maintain for as long as possible.
