MiDAS minibus driver training improves your volunteers’ driving skills and confidence. It makes them a safer driver and allows them to drive Westway CT minibuses – saving you time and money.
MiDAS is the nationally recognised assessment and training scheme for minibus drivers. It offers you what you need to meet your Health & Safety, and legal responsibilities, and is widely used across the UK.
MiDAS trained drivers help you reduce hire costs with us. And our Member’s Support Fund can cut your costs even further.
MiDAS Courses
- MiDAS Induction Std: £145 pp Online theory session and practical driving assessment.
- MiDAS Refresher: £145 pp
- MiDAS Accessible Induction or Refresher: £195pp. In addition to the standard module, Accessible Training includes an evaluation of your skills to secure a wheelchair user into a minibus, and assist passengers with mobility issues.

MiDAS Delivered Online
The MiDAS classroom theory sessions are now delivered as an e-Learning course.
Drivers can complete the online course on a laptop, computer, mobile phone, or tablet at their own pace, allowing greater flexibility at a time that works for them.
