Affordable and flexible travel for community groups and voluntary organisations
If you are a community group or voluntary organisation in Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster or Hammersmith and Fulham we can help you do more for your members.
We offer offer subsidised transport, and groups can hire 14-16 seat standard and accessible minibuses (with space for up to two wheelchairs). Plus a goods van for deliveries and collections.

Additional Savings
Our drivers are fully trained and DBS checked with experience of working with vulnerable adults and children.
You can also use your own driver and save on hire costs. To be eligible drivers must:
- Be over 21
- Hold a drivers licence for over 2 years
- Be registered with us as a volunteer and have a valid MiDAS certificate.
To book a minibus, groups need to become a member. Joining is easy!
How to Join
Please complete the form relevant to your group and return it to us by email or post. If you don’t have a printer give us a call and we will send a form to you.
How to pay: You can pay by cheque or with a credit or debit card over the phone.
Note: Mileage costs and sessional charges for all Groups are additional to your membership fee and vary depending on the borough you are based in.

Our Costs

| 6-10 hours £32.00 | 50 to 150 miles 90p/mile |
| 11 – 14 hours £44.00 | 150 miles + 70p/mile |
| 15-24 hours £60.00 |
Drivers and Passenger Assistants are available at £22.40 per hour each, with a 3 hour minimum charge.
