We are making some changes to our shopper bus service to ensure the health and well-being of our staff and members. Our new baggage policy now limits the amount of shopping that can be carried on our vehicles.

Going forwards our shoppers will carry either a maximum of two full average sized bags of shopping or one shopping trolly only per person. This policy is in line with the baggage limit policy on TfL’s Dial-A-Ride service.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our members and staff we can no longer carry excessively heavy bags, or trolleys to your door, and requests to do so may be declined. The new limit is effective immediately.
