Community Transport is more than a minibus, we help to build community for local people and local groups, and in doing so we’re knocking back loneliness one journey at a time across our borough of Kensington & Chelsea. We do it with the support of an incredible team and dedicated volunteers who deliver our services with excellence, safety and kindness.
