Community is a mighty thing.

When the world feels noisy or heavy, it’s often community that restores the balance — quietly, steadily, and with humanity at its core.

Across our Borough, local groups, charities and individuals are working together every day to bring connection, compassion and a bit more joy into people’s lives. We see it firsthand through community transport — helping people get to where they need to be, stay connected, and take part in their communities.

What’s even more encouraging is that this same pattern of hope is playing out everywhere — in towns, cities and rural communities across the country.
