It’s no surprise that this week is National Carers Week, coinciding with Volunteers Week, because many carers are volunteers. As a community we come together to help our loved ones.

Thousands of people and organisations work together to support each other, and it’s important to highlight the vital role carers play in our communities, and to draw attention to just how important caring is. It is hard work but it is incredibly rewarding and life changing for so many people.

We work closely with lots of local organisations who support others. Our minibuses help to move people and goods and we do it with pride and care. Working together we can make a difference, and ensure the people who need a bit of extra support to stay active and involved in their community can do so. Communities are better when we all get involved.
