The Shopper Service, also known as the Flexibus, runs for both the boroughs of Westminster and RBKC. This door-to-door minibus service takes members to the shops, and helps users carry their shopping to their homes. It is a service that has been running since Westway CT’s founding in 1991. The shopper service protects and promotes independence in old age and helps combat social isolation and its negative effects.
